Authorized Service Vendors: Data may be securely accessed by technical subcontractors providing web hosting, database infrastructure, logistics management, and analytics support under strict non-disclosure obligations.

Statutory Compliance and Law Enforcement: We reserve the right to disclose personal parameters to competent judicial authorities or regulatory bodies in Lebanon if mandated to comply with valid legal processes or financial audits.

4. Data Security and Infrastructure Integrity

The Platform deploys persistent and session-based cookies to maintain user authentication states, preserve wishlist items, and diagnose systemic traffic patterns. You retain the autonomy to deactivate tracking scripts via your browser architecture, though such restrictions may degrade the operational performance of specific portal features.
