10G LC SFP+ 40km 1270-1330nm BIDI SM DDM:

The 10G BiDi 40km SFP+ is a pair of long-distance Bi-Directional transceivers designed to provide high-performance, cost-effective fiber connectivity through Single Mode Fiber over a single fiber strand. Instead of using two fibers for transmission (Tx) and reception (Rx), BiDi modules pair together—one as Downstream (D) and the other as Upstream (U)—to achieve full-duplex communication.

• SFP+ 10G BiDi-D (Downstream): Transmits at 1270 nm and receives at 1330 nm.

• SFP+ 10G BiDi-U (Upstream): Transmits at 1330 nm and receives at 1270 nm.

When deployed together, these modules double fiber efficiency, reduce infrastructure costs, and deliver up to 10Gbps data rates for up to 40km.

BiDi SFPs are widely used in data centers, enterprise networks, FTTx deployments, and telecom backbones, where high bandwidth and fiber optimization are critical.
